With extensive experience across a spectrum of disciplines, Simone has been involved in marketing and communications for more than 20 years.
Prior to establishing Cultivate Communications, Simone held a range of communications management positions and has had the privilege of working with many of the world’s most admired companies and brands. Simone’s expertise has been gained across a spectrum of industries, where she has developed and managed complex integrated marketing and communications campaigns for diverse audiences and needs.
Simone is passionate about the integral role of marketing and communications in society and business. She strives to combine creativity and effectiveness in the business development and marketing and communications campaigns she develops and manages. Her experiences, personally and professionally, have endowed her with the resilience to adapt to change and find solutions to achieve desired outcomes, whilst her work and life experiences around the world have provided her with an acute understanding of multi-cultural communications.
She is happiest when she is able to make a meaningful contribution to her clients’ businesses and can measurably enhance the environments in which she operates.
Sean McMahon
Communications Assistant
Sean McMahon is the newest member of the Cultivate Communications team, recently joining as a Communications Assistant.
Coming from a background in sport marketing and communications at state, national and international levels, Sean has experience in both elite and non-elite sports.
In addition to working at Cultivate Communications, Sean is in his final year of study at Murdoch University. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Tourism & Hospitality Management. Murdoch University recently invited Sean to complete an Honours year in Public Relations.
Sean is dedicated to combining his experience and university studies to maximise the benefit his clients receive. He enjoys balancing practical working knowledge with a theoretical understanding of the challenges and issues surrounding effective communication.
As a hands-on worker, he thrives in demanding environments and working under pressure, and is keen to exceed expectations of every opportunity he receives.
Kyla Padfield
Client Services
Kyla Padfield has a zeal for identifying clients needs and developing strategies to achieve outcomes. She provides the platform from which clients can develop a strong relationship with Cultivate Communications.
Kyla’s background in Communications began nearly 20 years ago when graduating from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Tourism Management. Her skills have been used in major hotels in the USA and in Western Australia, before working with local government in community development. Her creative flair helped establish artist programs, festivals, youth activities and adult education in regional communities.
Her strength is in co-ordination, ensuring attention to detail with the quality expected from Cultivate Communications.
